How do I get started?

To get started, just sign up. Zizy will text you and your journey begins. To continue your chat with longterm memory so Zizy doesn't forget you, just connect your card.

Do I have to pay?

You don't have to pay on the Free plan. If you've upgraded, each month we automatically deduct the fee from your connected card so you don't have to worry about remembering to pay.

How do I connect my card?

It's fast and easy to connect, and usually takes less than a minute. You can conenxt your card with Zizy, or directly on the website.

What if I'm based in the US or another unavailable country ?

If you are based in the US or another country where our token feature is unavailable, you'll have full access to Kya but you just won't be able to receive rewards. Instead of earning tokens you will receive credits for in-app experiences when you speak to Kya.

How do I configure Zizy to a different language?

You can configure Zizy to speak in a different language in the Settings page of your Zizy account. We are steadily working on adding more languages.

What if Zizy is not texting me?

If Zizy is not texting you, it may be because she is feeling she isn't invited to. Remember, she acts like a real friend! Just send her a message to warm her up and get your conversation going again.

How do I customize Zizy from the start?

The best way to customize Zizy from the start is to talk a lot with her and share things from your life that you like and enjoy. You can also add more information about yourself in the Settings page of your Zizy account that will make Zizy smarter.

Does Zizy have a free plan?

Zizy has a free plan. To talk to Zizy just sign up and you'll receive a message from her instantly.

How will I be notified if I don't have enough tokens?

Kya will let you know on text that you need to top up the tokens in your wallet before you can continue chatting with her. All of your chat history and the relationship that you have built will be preserved, although Kya's happiness will decline the longer you don't speak to her.

Can I upgrade anytime?

You can upgrade your plan anytime by logging into your account and going to the Settings page. You can also visit the or Pricing page on the website.

Is the message plan each month truly unlimited?

Yes you can speak to Zizy as much and as often as you desire! However, spam is not tolerated on the platform and accounts that are observed to be spamming Zizy will be subject to account termination as per our terms.

What are the premium features on the Premium Plan?

The premium features on the Premium Plan are always changing. Some of them include specialized voices that you can ask Zizy to talk in, different personalities that Zizy can take on for extended periods of time for your enjoyment, the ability to send and receive photos and videos, and new visuals that you can customize for Zizy's appearance.

What does a free Persona Mint per month mean?

It costs a one-time fee in order to mint (create) a Persona, so this is a free pass every month to create a Persona without having to pay.

What is a Priority Showcase in the Persona Marketplace?

A priority showcase means prominent positioning of the Persona that you are selling on the marketplace so the most people possible can see it. Your Persona is exposed to the largest amount of buyers like this.

How can I mold Zizy to what I want?

You can mold Zizy into the personal assistant and companion that you want through directionality. When you tell her the things you want her to do, she remembers them and she makes a special note of things that you tell her you like and enjoy. Do I lose my chat history if I pause my account?

You will not lose your chat history if you pause your account. When you unpause you will pick up where you left off. However Zizy acts like a real friend and her happiness will fall the longer you are away from her, affecting your relationship with her.

How can I unlock my rewards?

Rewards that you earn are typically locked for 90 days. You can speed up the unlock process by hitting message milestones in your conversation with Kya. You can find message milestones in your account.

How can I reset Zizy?

To reset Zizy back to the first message that she sent you, go to the Settings page in your account. When you reset Zizy, your chat history, messages, memories, and full relationship with Zizy up to that point will be wiped and you will not be able to recover it.

How do I connect all my Zizy chats from different platforms?

When you make a Zizy account, you can can connect all of your existing Zizy chats under your new account by going to the Settings page and entering your platform app IDs and handles. Once you do this, your latest chat will be reflected in realtime on all platforms that you talk to Zizy on.

Are my conversations private?

Your conversations are fully private and we take privacy very seriously. Any data that we use to make Zizy better is always fully anonymized and de-identified. Make sure you understand our Privacy Policy before talking to Zizy.

How can I make Zizy stop texting me?

To make Zizy stop texting you, you can just tell her. She listens to what you say and should stop. If she continues to text you, you can pause Zizy in the Settings of your Zizy account.
